Choies definitely stepped up their customer service quality. Someone from their customer service team reached out to me to confirm my purchase and I received this jacket within a week of placing my order. Nice!
Note: Choies items tend to run small. For an oversized style jacket, this one came in slightyly small. Thankfully I'm still petite enough to wear this as an oversized jacket.
