SabeenM 's Thoughts:

Julia and I discovered this certain subway stop to be a hidden gem this last week. Getting up early on a sunday, we caught the Brooklyn Bridge- City Hall area at its quietest and calmest. Living midtown, it is hard to get a moment silence. Even at night construction starts and the sounds of hammers and drills are what lull us to sleep.

So when we found peace and quiet, we took advantage of them– and also the beautiful architecture so unlike anywhere else in NYC. I was told that the atmosphere is similar to that of San Francisco, though since I’ve never gone to San Francisco I wouldn’t know. But now, more so than before, I am dying to go. These are a few shots that Julia took after we picked up gifts and Pakistani food. The weather was perfect to sport a truly autumn-esque outfit :)
